Founded in 2018 at Swarthmore College, Project for Eastern European Relations is a multinational effort to enrich and complicate the conversation surrounding post-Soviet spaces. Through our partnerships, we foster a platform for artists, activists, and academics to engage in a global dialogue for freedom.
