guidelines:

• Your work must have been completed during undergraduate study.

• Limit of three submissions per student, per semester.

• Submissions cannot have been previously submitted to the The Journal nor previously published anywhere.

• Submissions must be less than twenty double-spaced pages long and preferably no shorter than five.

Each submission for publication is edited by a team of professors and undergraduate editors.

COVID-19 Publication Update:

Thank you to everyone who has submitted their work to the journal. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are saddened to announce that the publication and editing process is delayed until our leadership can return to campus. It is our goal to publish a journal that meets SPEER’s high standards and respects the time and dedication that our authors dedicated to their projects. We will be in touch with authors who have not withdrawn their submissions once our process can resume to confirm their interest and coordinate next steps. If you would like to withdraw your submission or have additional questions, please email us at easterneuropeanrelations@gmail.com. At this time, our initial call for submissions is closed and we are not accepting new submissions.
